Refund & Return Policy

All FR8Life products are custom, made-to-order items produced through our fulfillment partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Ordered the wrong size or color
  • Changed your mind
  • Found a lower price elsewhere

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us at fr8life@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free reprint or issue a refund at our discretion.

Please note: Minor variations in embroidery stitch density or placement are inherent to the embroidery process and are not considered defects.


Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived, please contact us at fr8life@yahoo.com within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We recommend first checking with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a reprint or refund.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, reshipping will require a new order at the customer's expense.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at fr8life@yahoo.com.
